The tourism house license, also known as the daily rental license, is a legal document delivered by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It is required for every proprietor who wants to run a short-term rental with his property.
The short-term rental should not exceed 100 days, otherwise, it is considered a long-term rental and will not be subject to the new regulations.
The process of obtaining the daily rental license
To obtain the tourism house license, you have to be eligible for some conditions which are:
- The duration of the rental should not exceed 100 days
- You have to get the approval of all floor landlords before applying for the licence
- You have to submit your application to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism

- Once you get the daily rental license, you will get a tourism house license plaque. You must hang it on the door of the building
